Tzion has spent more than a decade programming, designing, and implementing complex software systems. He served seven years in the Israeli Air Force, where he led an electronics and automation development team, and founded his own software company, Sapphify, immediately after completing his service.
Much of his military engineering work remains classified. What carries forward from it is a discipline built in an environment where systems have to work: rigorous design, accountable delivery, and hands-on command of both the electrical and the software layers of a system.
Background
From military systems to company builder.
For seven years, Tzion led an electronics and automation development team in the Israeli Air Force, delivering engineering work in an environment with no tolerance for failure. On completing his service, he founded Sapphify, a software company that has been operating for two years with clients in both Israel and the United States.
Sapphify develops software and automation solutions for businesses across industries, helping them streamline their operations and workflows. That same practical focus - technology in service of how an organization actually runs - is what Tzion brings to Sagen Technologies as a co-founder.

Tzion is driven by curiosity. When a field interests him - and especially when it challenges him - he studies it from end to end until he can build with it at a professional level. His interest in cyber began in elementary school, studying and experimenting at night, long before it became part of his work.
