2. Technologies currently used

The current public website is a static website hosted and protected by Cloudflare. Sagen does not currently deploy optional cookie-based analytics, advertising pixels, cross-site tracking, or behavioral profiling through this website.

Cloudflare may process network and device information to deliver content, prevent abuse, and maintain security. Depending on Cloudflare service configuration and active security protections, strictly necessary technologies may be used to provide those functions. These technologies are not used by Sagen for advertising or cross-context behavioral profiling.

3. Why no consent banner is shown

Because the current website does not intentionally place non-essential cookies or similar tracking technologies, a consent banner would not provide a meaningful choice. If we add optional analytics, advertising, embedded media, or similar technologies, we will update this policy and implement a consent mechanism where required before activating those technologies.

4. Browser controls

You can configure your browser to block or delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary technologies may affect the availability or security of some websites. Browser documentation explains the controls available for your device.

5. Global Privacy Control

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will honor recognized opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control, if we introduce processing for which honoring such a signal is required.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when website technologies or legal requirements change. The updated policy will identify its effective date.
